I am easy to please with fannish nostalgia
I think we were alone in that, because the Crash Course in FK I attempted to administer to my guests didn't really... take. (Sigh.)
Also (because gmail is acting strangely) - a friend is offering me space at her Polaris hotel room. I haven't responded yet because I need to check in with you first, and I see two possible responses: 1) can't, got company that weekend; or 2) sure!, with a +1, if that's possible.
To save the hour+ trip there and back from my apartment, and to participate fully in the con experience (drinking in a hotel room after the day), may I ask if there's room for the two of us (rather than the one of me)?
